Jaakko, Erkki and Håkan warmly welcome you to the 2025 Autumn Meeting in Central Finland and Peurunka Spa.
This region is known for its paper industry and motorsports, and our program will reflect these themes – with a dash of Finnish culture added in as well!

💶 Accommodation Options & Prices
We have primarily reserved economy rooms in terrace-style buildings (Peurunkapiha economy). Each unit includes four double rooms:
€100 / night for a single room
€120 / night for a double room
Other accommodation options available:
€133 / night in a standard hotel room
€148 / night for a double hotel room (Main building)
€195 / night for 2–4 people in a Peurantähti apartment hotel
€380 / night for up to 6 people in a holiday cottage (1 cottage available – Peurunkarinne)

Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation up to 3 weeks before the event
50% charge if cancelled 2 weeks before
100% charge if cancelled within 1 week of the meeting

10:00–12:00 – Guided visit at the bioeconomy center showcasing the potential of wood
12:15 – Departure to Saarijärvi (37 km)
13:00–14:00 – Lunch at Ruustinna, Paavontie 1
14:00 – Departure to Tikkakoski Air Combat Museum (~50 km)
15:00–16:00 – Museum visit
16:15 – Return to Peurunka Spa (20 km)
16:45 – Spa and summer terrace available
17:15–19:15 – IFMR Board Meeting
19:30 – Dinner
Saturday, August 23 (200 km)
08:30 – Departure to Classic Garage, Jämsä, Teollisuuskatu 7 (95 km)
10:00–12:00 – Visit to Classic Garage: classic cars, enduro bikes, coffee & refreshments
12:30 – Departure to Petäjävesi Old Church, UNESCO World Heritage Site (50 km)
13:15 – Short photo stop at the church
13:30 – Lunch at Kyläseppä
14:15 – Departure to Aalto2 Center, Alvar Aallon katu 7, Jyväskylä (35 km)
15:00–16:30 – Visit to Aalto2 Center
17:00 – Departure back to Peurunka Spa (35 km)
