Autumn Meeting in Eskilstuna
Here is the planned itinerary. More details on excursions will be available in early July.
Available destinations to choose from: Munktell Museum, Wäsby Magasin, Arsenalen, Julita Manor, Retuna Recycling Gallery, City Museum, Lagerberg Manor, Stora Sundby Castle. You can see pictures of these in the slideshow above.

Register before the 1st of August!
Cost for accommodations, meals, and activities will be around 4,000-4,500 SEK per person. The exact cost will be confirmed within a week and updated on this website and via member email. Payment for the event will be made to the designated bank account of your respective country. Adjustments can be made up to one week before the meeting.
Program
Thursday
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Location: Sure Hotel by Best Western Vilsta Sport Hotel, Vasavägen 80, Eskilstuna. vilstasporthotell.se/ Dinner will be served at the hotel at 7:00 PM.
Friday
Breakfast from 06:30. Addresses and driving directions will be provided later. Meeting with information and driving briefing from 09:00-09:30. Departure to destination 1 at 10:00. Lunch with today’s special. Departure to destination 2. Return to hotel around 17:00. Dinner together at the hotel at 19:00.
Saterday

09:30 Departure to attraction 3.
Lunch.
Drive to attraction 4.
17:00 Club meeting according to special invitation and agenda in the conference at the hotel.
19:00 Dinner party with entertainment. Menu presented on Friday evening.
Sunday
Breakfast.
09:00 Group photo followed by optional time to drive home.
