Jarupslund – Husum. A Mc weekend in the west
The tenant manager and the entertainment minister have decided to repeat the trip in the border country, and again with Jaruplund Højskole as a starting point together with Ole Præstkær, where this year the trips go to the west coast and the Wadden Sea

Arrival at Jaruplund College between 15 and 17

On Thursday evening, Ole will talk about the painters Emil Nolde and the mudflats

09.00 Departure on the motorbikes
The trip goes over Søbøl where we visit the Nolde museum on the Danish border – then we drive through the boils along the Wadden Sea and see the unique man-made cultural landscape, lunch will be at the beautiful Hamburger Hallig which is located in a bird reserve out in the Wadden Sea, after which the trip continues down to Husum , where there will be an opportunity for an ice cream on the harbor. After that, evening fun on the terrace.

The trip goes to the island of Før, we drive to Dagebøl and take the ferry over to Wyk, On the round trip we drive through the many idyllic villages with a pit stop where we visit 2 churches and finally the museum in Wyk which is the main town on Før, here there are storks guarantee – we’ll take the ferry home for the barbecue evening at the College
